Our handyman division will look after all those small jobs on your list. When you need something repaired, moved, installed, hung, changed, unclogged, reattached, trimmed, set up, put together, replaced, sealed, delivered—we will do it for you. We do even the very smallest of jobs—change a light bulb, replace a missing shingle, or install a hook on your door. Services are available on a call in basis or as regularly scheduled hours dedicated to your building(s).We can create a service package for you that will help you meet the challenges you have with regard to keeping up with property maintenance issues, keeping your properties looking their best and keeping control of your budgets.
We have twenty (20) years of experience in commercial and residential snow clearing and provide service for walkways/entrances and parking areas. We have consistently provided reliable, timely service for our clients and have a proven history of responding quickly to service inquiries or requests during a storm. Our team monitors the weather continually during the snow season and is prepared to respond quickly whenever a snowfall begins. During a snowfall event, our service crews use commercial grade equipment to keep your property accessible for your staff and customers, and will do a thorough snow cleanup once the snowfall event has ended. In the event of a breakdown or an abnormally large snowfall event, backup plans and equipment are in place.
During the winter season (Nov 15—Apr 15th) your property will be inspected every day that it does not snow for safety issues such as slippery spots and burned out light bulbs, and for debris and any signs of damage or vandalism. We will check your walkways, parking areas, signage, windows, lighting and building envelope. Slippery spots will be salted, accessible debris will be picked up and other issues will either be reported to the property owner/manager or fixed, depending on the service arrangements you have with Neighbourhood Solutions. If you also use our snow clearing services, this means someone familiar with your property will be on your property, making observations and reporting to you about property conditions every day throughout the winter season. During the summer season (Apr 16th—Nov 14th) inspections can, if you wish, be carried out on a daily or weekly basis. Written reports detailing time of day on property, property conditions and any action taken by Repairs Plus staff are available to the property owner/manager.th
Our regular garbage pickup service works well for those with small volumes or for those who do not wish to have a dumpster on their property. Pickup frequency is determined by individual client need.
Your lawns will be mowed on a regular basis with commercial grade equipment, all areas will be trimmed and loose grass will be blown away, leaving your property looking neat and well kept. Other lawn care services, such as fertilizing, liming and aeration will also be provided upon request, and may be added to an equal payment option if desired.
